Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga constitutes the foundation of all different yoga systems and is ideal for learning the fundamental principles of breathing techniques and meditation. The practice is steady and exploratory, cultivating internal and external strength, awareness and self control in practitioners. Through the asanas, Breathwork and meditation we aim for the balance of the body and mind, inner balance and a deeper connection with ourselves.
In this class we study the foundations of the Primary Series with care and precision, paying close attention to alignment, breath, and the subtle techniques of bandhas and drishti. Through consistent practice, practitioners develop not only physical power but also focus, self-awareness, and inner discipline. A strong practice, yet suitable for everyone.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, in which each posture (āsana) flows seamlessly into the next through a series of controlled transitions. Rooted in the Sanskrit term “vinyasa”—meaning “to place in a special way”—this approach emphasizes synchronizing inhalations and exhalations with intentional movement, creating a meditative, heat-building practice that develops strength, flexibility, and focus.

Ashtanga Introduction
Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional, structured system of yoga founded on the teachings of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. It combines a set sequence of postures with conscious breathing (ujjayi), internal energy locks (bandhas), and focused gaze points (drishti). This disciplined practice builds strength, stamina, flexibility, and mental clarity while cultivating a moving meditation.
